Euro Pratik Sales Shares Slip After Premium Debut
Euro Pratik Sales Ltd, a decorative wall panel manufacturer, saw its stock retreat to ₹252 intraday following an 11% premium debut. The shares opened at ₹273.45 on the BSE, marking a 10.7% jump from its IPO price of ₹247, but later pared gains.
The ₹451.32-crore IPO was oversubscribed 1.34x, with the entire offering structured as a promoter sell-off. Anchor investors committed ₹135 crore ahead of the listing. Axis Capital and DAM Capital Advisors managed the offering.
Market capitalization settled at ₹2,580.55 crore as the stock traded between ₹250.55 and ₹279.55 on the BSE. The company's product portfolio includes brands like Euro Pratik and Gloirio.
